It depends on how many people are in your party. The Twins sleeps 6 and all other suites sleep 2. Traveling with a group? Consider reserving two or more units.

Additional considerations: The Stardome deck is elevated and there is about a 30-step staircase leading up to its private deck. The Tipis’ entries are surrounded by a private gate, and each Tipi entry is lower and requires bending (just a ‘heads-up’ for our taller or elderly guests).

All seasons are beautiful in the Texas hill country and all of our glamping accommodations are equipped with air conditioning/heating units that keep them more than comfortable throughout the year.

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Options for early check in and late checkout can be located in our shop located in the navigation menu, to purchase at an additional fee.

We’re all about helping our guests reconnect with nature, their people, and their purpose, so we encourage being still and letting your spirit fully recharge. Our suites are filled with things to promote this including games.

There are some great hiking spots on the property and beautiful natural features. Each unit has different luxury amenities to enjoy like private decks, private outdoor bathtubs and/or showers, private fire pits, and more.

There are three restaurants within walking distance; LeStourgeon Seafood Company, Julie's Cocina, and Bayview.

Fresh Air Park located at the bottom of the hill offers a full bar, juicery, coffee shop, food options and pickleball courts! Visit their website at www.freshairpark.com for more information!

Most of our units are pet friendly, except for our Mirror House and Cliff Houses. There is a one-time $75 fee per pet, which can be added here. Pets cannot be left alone in any accommodation and must be on a leash when outside. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets when outside and are responsible for damages or extra cleaning. As we have other guests we cannot have aggressive dogs or dogs that bark consistently. (Note - aggressiveness or barking may result in our having to ask you to remove your dog from the property so as not to disturb other guests.)

Of course! However, please know that most suites are designed to accommodate 2 adults. We do not provide cots or rollaway beds for children. A pack n play will fit comfortably in all suites (our Curves suite is the most family-friendly). Also, all children are asked to respect the quiet atmosphere we have created and not interfere with other guests.

Our cancellation policy allows for rescheduling or changes in the reservation for up to 14 days prior to arrival. In extenuating circumstances, we can allow a week or so, this way we would be able to still rent out the room. The 50% deposit, in any case, is non-refundable. You may only reschedule two times, after that the reservation is cancelled.  You can review the renter's agreement prior to booking.

Our units’ entrances are about 20 to 50 yards apart. Our decks are stacked on top of each other - like balconies in a high-rise. Sometimes you can hear your neighbor on their balcony (and sometimes they may hear you) so we do ask that we are respectful of each other in regards to noise (please no music on the deck and "quiet time" after 10 pm).

We provide basic necessities such as shampoo, conditioner and body wash. We also stock suites with a few snack items and waters. If you need more, there is a Dollar General or Bayside Market just a short drive down FM 2147. For afterhours you can visit TXB in Cottonwood Shores as they are 24 hrs. We will soon have a small shop for items such as this on the property. Stay tuned!
